Please have a read on our furniture dropshipping and shop delivery policy. We encourage you to place your orders online, however, if you have any queries don’t hesitate on calling us at 020 8904 0333 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order has been placed, items that are in stock will automatically be allocated to that order and will be delivered within 15 days.
Orders placed for items that are out of stock will be kept on record on your ECO Furniture trade account, and the items will then be delivered to you on your next order. “Back Order” items will be allocated once stock arrives. Certain products items are made to order therefore please keep ECO Furniture informed if backorders are no longer required. Occasionally, allocated stock items are not available and ECO Furniture cannot be held responsible for a loss of sale if “In Stock” items are no longer available.

Deliveries will take approximately 2-3 weeks.
It is a must that the products are checked and the delivery address showing is correct. “In Stock” items have to reach a minimum order value for free delivery. Delivery may be made either by courier, pallet or an ECO Furniture Ltd vehicle. If the order is below the minimum, the Buyer is obliged to pay the delivery charge which is calculated.
ECO Furniture aims to make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers and give an indication of delivery day and estimated time. We operate a multi drop system; therefore, it is not possible to state an exact delivery time. However, we do try and give the most accurate estimate for the delivery time. ECO Furniture Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Customer as a result of failure to comply with such delivery times. We provide a one-man or two-men delivery service therefore drivers may require assistance with unloading. Delivery is specified to the property door.
ECO Furniture cannot take responsibility for any damages to property fixtures or fittings caused by drivers carrying stock into the customer’s premises. If the purchaser is unable to accept the delivery on the first attempt due to agreed method of payment is not ready or any other reason, there will be a minimum refused delivery charge of £50.
