Please have a read on our furniture dropshipping and shop delivery policy. We encourage you to place your orders online. However, if you have any queries don’t hesitate on calling us at 020 8904 0333 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Likewise, you can also visit our showroom and place orders in person. For instance, once you place an order, we will allocate items that are in stock to that order. After that, we will confirm your order and take payment. Your order will then be delivered within 15 days.
We have our own fleet of vehicles delivering to most areas of the UK Mainland on a weekly basis. But if your postcode is not on our catchment area, we will send via courier or pallet. Alternatively, you can arrange collection by your own courier.
When you place an order for items that are out of stock, it will be kept on record on your ECO Furniture trade account. After that, we will deliver the items to you on your next order. We will allocate “Back Order” items once stock arrives. Certain products are made to order, so please keep ECO Furniture informed if no longer required. Occasionally, allocated stock items are not available and ECO Furniture cannot be held responsible for a loss of sale if “In Stock” items are no longer available.

Deliveries may take approximately 2-3 weeks. With Brexit however, please be aware that it might take longer.
When ordering, ensure that products and the delivery address is correct. “In Stock” items have to reach a minimum order value for free delivery. Meanwhile, delivery may be made either by courier, pallet or an ECO Furniture Ltd vehicle. If the order is below the minimum, the Buyer is obliged to pay the delivery charge. Delivery will be calculated accordingly further.
ECO Furniture aims to make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers. Firstly, once we do the route, we will give an indication of delivery day and estimated time. That is to say, we operate a multi drop system. Therefore, it is not possible to state an exact delivery time. However, we do try and give the most accurate estimate for the delivery time. Lastly, ECO Furniture Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Customer as a result of failure to comply with such delivery times. In addition, we provide a one-man or two-men delivery service. However drivers may require assistance with unloading. Delivery is specified to the property door.
Moreover, ECO Furniture cannot take responsibility for any damages to property fixtures or fittings caused by drivers carrying stock into the customer’s premises. If the purchaser is unable to accept the delivery on the first attempt, due to agreed method of payment is not ready or any other reason, there will be a minimum refused delivery charge of £50.
ECO Furniture Ltd also provides Furniture Dropshipping delivery. Please note that the website only provides shipping rates for warehouse to shop delivery. For drop shipping, we will need to add the delivery fee accordingly on our end.
