Eco Furniture is a furniture wholesale UK and only supply’s to “trade” customers – when registering your interest to trade with us Eco Furniture will require you to present evidence of this/proof of trade i.e. VAT Number, Business utility bill, Business Invoices etc. Eco Furniture is a furniture wholesale UK.
Eco Furniture reserves the right to reject any application they feel might not be” bona fide” Trade.
Eco Furniture reserves the right to close any Accounts without prior notice.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Eco Furniture endeavours to ensure all products are displayed accurately on its website. However, please note due to camera, lighting, and customers computer/tablet set up, products may vary in colour. Additionally, as a large proportion of Eco Furniture products are handcrafted all height/weight dimensions of products offered are of approximations. Eco Furniture will not accept these as faults. All sizes are given in centimetres and weight in kilograms.

 

PRICING

The Eco Furniture  website offers a large selection of stock, and as such it is likely that on rare occasions, despite due diligence, product stock level(s) and price(s) may be incorrect. Eco Furniture is under no obligation to supply products in the unfortunate event of incorrect pricing/stock levels. These will be/can be verified by Sales Staff, or by sales order confirmation before delivery.
All prices exclude VAT.
All prices are calculated from costs applicable on the date of such quotation. If there is any increase in any costs between the date of quotation and dispatch, Eco Furniture reserves the right to increase the quoted price accordingly.

 

PAYMENTS

All orders are processed on a strictly pro-forma basis, and payment must be made in advance of despatch of goods, or upon collection of goods from the Eco Furniture warehouse.
Please note that Eco Furniture works on a first-come-first-served basis and we cannot reserve unpaid orders. ECO Furniture cannot be held responsible for a loss of sale if “In Stock” items are no longer available.
Payment may be made by cash, debit/credit cards or bankers drafts. Cheques “On Delivery” will only be accepted from customers who have had 5 satisfactory consecutive transactions.
A Charge of £40.00 will be applied for unpaid/returned cheques.
In the event of a returned cheque cleared funds are required to process any further orders.
All goods remain the property of Eco Furniture until full and final payment has been received.

 

ORDERS AND DELIVERIES FOR FURNITURE WHOLESALE UK

Place your order online. If you have any queries, do not hesitate in calling us at 020 8904 0333 or email sales@ecofurnishings.co.uk. You can also visit our showroom and place order in person.
Once an order has been placed items that are in stock will automatically be allocated to that order.
Orders placed for items that are out of stock will be kept on your ECO Furniture trade account record, and the items will then be delivered to you on your next order.
“Back Order” Items will be allocated once stock arrives.
Certain products are made to order, therefore, please keep ECO Furniture  informed if back orders are no longer required.
Occasionally allocated stock items are not available and ECO Furniture cannot be held responsible for a loss of sale if “In Stock” items are no longer available.
It is a must that the products showing on the Sales Order are checked and delivery address showing is confirmed.
“In Stock” items have to reach a minimum order value for free delivery (please check our Delivery page for rates).
Delivery may be made by: courier, pallet or an ECO Furniture vehicle. If order is below the minimum, the Buyer is obliged to pay the delivery charge.
ECO Furniture aims to make deliveries as convenient as possible for its customers, and will provide an indication of delivery day and an estimated time.
Eco Furniture operates a multi-drop system; therefore, it is not possible to state an exact delivery time. However, staff do try and give an accurate estimate for the delivery time.
ECO Furniture will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the customer as a result of failure to comply with such delivery times.
Eco Furniture provides a one man delivery service and drivers may require assistance with unloading. Delivery is specified to the property door.
ECO Furniture cannot take responsibility for any damages to property fixtures or fittings caused by drivers carrying stock into the customer’s premises. If the purchaser is unable to accept the delivery on the first attempt due to agreed method of payment not being ready or any other reason, there will be a minimum refused delivery charge of £50.

 

CANCELLATIONS

All orders must be cancelled in writing or via email. Orders can only be cancelled prior to despatch. If the goods are already in transit there will be a 20% returns fee levied.

 

RETURNS FOR FURNITURE WHOLESALE UK

Any claim for goods damaged in transit or shortage must be made in writing to the carriers and the Eco Furniture team within three days of receipt of the goods; otherwise Eco Furniture cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage.
Invoice number, Product Code, Reason for Damage and where possible images, must be provided to us via returns form.
Eco Furniture will only accept return of goods under the following criteria: Items are checked thoroughly upon delivery.
The condition of the goods becomes the responsibility of the buyer immediately upon delivery to the buyers’ address.
The buyer has 28 days after shop delivery to report any damages to goods not inspected upon delivery but found by the buyers customer.
Goods being returned must be in their original packaging. Therefore, care should be taken when opening the boxes/cartons to keep all the packaging intact.
Eco Furniture cannot accept returns that do not have their original packaging.
Ex-display items may not be returned.
Eco Furniture drivers will only accept goods for return by prior arrangement with the authority of Eco Furniture, where a collection note has been raised.
The Driver will not accept any goods without an official collection note.
Both the customer, and the driver must sign collection notes.
Items must be packed and ready for collection on the agreed uplift date.
The Driver will refuse incorrectly packaged items.
If the item is not available for collection it will be assumed a credit is no longer required, and the credit note will be cancelled – no credit given.
Eco Furniture will examine, and quality control all returns.
Once the defective item is accepted a credit note will be raised/attached to the customer’s account.
Eco Furniture reserves the right to return any piece that it deems to be in good saleable condition.
Failure to comply with the above procedure will result in goods not being credited or replaced.
If damaged item is not available for collection from delivery premises, replacement item will be invoiced. Once damaged item is received, credit note will be issued.
Where Eco Furniture has correctly executed orders; goods may only be returned with prior written permission from Eco Furniture
A deduction of at least 10% handling charge will be made from the credit note.
No credit notes can be issued until the goods are returned to the Eco Furniture warehouse, packed well to avoid further damage.

 

SHOWROOM VISITS

There is no minimum purchase for collection. However, customers are advised to call in advance and make confirmed arrangements so that orders can be made ready for dispatch.
Arriving without prior notification may cause considerable delays to your collection.
It is advised that you check all goods prior to loading your vehicle.
Eco Furniture does not accept responsibility for third party transit damage.
The Eco Furniture showroom is open to customers Monday – Friday 09:30 – 17:00
